JCMS Clothing Drive

The JCMS winter clothing drive is happening now through December 19th!

We are collecting donations of new, clean or gently-used clothing.

 

Parent Teacher Conferences

Parents and Families, 

Don't forget that this Wednesday December 10th and Thursday December 11th, JCMS will be holding Parent Teacher Conferences from 3:30-6:00 pm. 

The student's at JCMS are hosting a canned food drive to donate to families in need in our community. Please drop off your canned food items in our office!

School start time

Don't forget-- School starts at 8:00 am, students need to be at school no later than 7:55 to make it to class on time. This will give your child enough time to go their locker and make it to class!! If your child plans on eating breakfast at school, they need to be here by 7:45 am. 

 

OAKS and SRI Cut Scores

Our recent report cards have contained an informational sheet to help parents understand their student's scores on the various assessments they take here at school.  This sheet was omitted from our last report card we sent.  This sheet can be accessed through the link here or you can pick up a hard copy in our main office.  Our apologies for the oversight.

Bullying:

Bullying is not tolerated at Jefferson County Middle School.  Our goal is to provide each student with a safe learning environment.  Please read our Anti-Bullying Contract.  It clearly defines the responsibility of students and parents of JCMS with bullying in mind.  If you have any questions or concerns regarding bullying at Jefferson County Middle School, please contact our main office.
